Grace and Mercy

Grace and Mercy were left at our gate overnight in trash bags, covered in fleas and toxic chemicals.

Someone may have tried to give them a DIY flea bath. Grace’s condition was critical. Our team rushed her to the ER for a blood transfusion.

Thankfully, these bonded kitties pulled through. Once they were stable, they recuperated in a loving foster home with meds and TLC.

Several weeks later, they were fully recovered and ready for adoption. They quickly found their perfect family.

“I am thrilled with these two lovely girls!” their new family says. “Very trusting. Especially after what they have endured. Made themselves absolutely at home. They have the run of the entire fourth floor, two litter boxes, cat tree which is a huge hit, and toys galore! We will take good care of them. Thank you so very much.”

Helping desperate pets like Grace & Mercy is only possible with donations. We’re so grateful for corporations like Whiteford, Taylor & Preston that help provide us with the funds we need.
