**Available for adoption from foster** Meet BOOMER! 90% Sweet / 10% Spicy / 100% Heartthrob. Boomer hopes to bring friendship, entertainment, and his irresistible handsome face to your low-stress home. He says... "I am the only pet you will need... please?". Despite the "Boom" in his name, Boomer (a.k.a. Boom Boom!, a.k.a. Goose) is not a big fan of loud, unexpected noises, and he may react when startled or afraid. He lived a few years with a large dog and active, loud children where he spent a lot of time hiding, and he also spent a short time on the street before that. So he is a little cautious and slow to completely trust people. HOWEVER, if you are willing to put in a little time talking to him gently, providing some mind enriching games, petting and brushing and patiently getting to know him - you will have a new best friend for life. Boomer was recently diagnosed with Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD). This condition is easily managed with a prescription diet. Boomer simply isn't interested in any kind of wet food (he's tried them all) so he will need to be on a simple prescription dry food (CD) for the rest of his life... which he fortunately LOVES. Boomer would do best in a quiet, slow paced home with no small children or other pets. For a kitty who's life started off a bit rocky, Boomer is a super sweet and polite guy who just wants a peaceful place to call home.
