The MD SPCA’s adoption center is closed on 4/27/17 and will re-open on 4/28 at 12 p.m.

Ask the Trainer is a free class for new pet parents who adopt a dog from the Maryland SPCA and for the general public interested in learning more about our program. You'll receive tips for dealing with behavior issues that you may be facing and learn some of the basic methods we use in our courses.  Come with questions and concerns about your dogs, but please leave your pups at home! This is a time to learn more about simple, effective, and humane methods of managing issues, without the distraction of wiggly cuteness.

The class meets Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. at the Maryland SPCA.

Classes are free, but registration is required. Ask the Trainer is for people only, so please leave your dogs at home. This one-time class is free, but donations are always appreciated.
