To Book a Spay/Neuter Appointment

ALL PATIENTS MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. If you would like to book an appointment and are not a rescue group, complete the Book an Appointment form below and submit it. Then please wait for a staff member to contact you to schedule your appointment. Until your appointment is confirmed by a staff member and you have made a $25.00 deposit, your pet has not been added to our schedule. You can also call the Spay and Neuter Clinic at 410-889-SPAY during regular hours to book an appointment.

501(c)(3) RESCUE GROUPS: Appointments for rescue groups with 501(c)(3) status are available on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (rescue discount offered), Friday and Saturday. Rescue groups should not use the appointment form below and instead should contact asheridan@mdspca.org.

DEPOSIT: A $25.00 deposit is required to reserve an appointment slot IF you are booking an appointment for a dog spay or neuter OR you are booking more than 2 cat spays or neuters for the same day. Rescue groups and owners bringing in up to 2 cats do not need to pay the $25.00 deposit. This deposit can be paid over the phone using a major credit card or can be paid in person via credit card, cash or check. If you would like to pay your deposit in person, please stop by the clinic between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. We are open 7 days a week. When you show up for your spay or neuter appointment, this $25.00 deposit will be applied to your balance.The $25.00 deposit is forfeited—we will not refund it—if you do not show up for your appointment and you have not called before 12:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule.

If you are not able to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not give us adequate notice (before 12:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled appointment), your appointment deposit will be forfeited, and you may be asked to pre-pay the full surgical amount before we schedule another appointment for you.
