FOR EMPLOYEES: What is Workplace Giving?

  • Employer-sponsored programs that offer employees the opportunity to make a charitable contribution through payroll deduction.
  • Workplace Giving offers hundreds of choices so that employees can give to the charities and causes they support.

FOR EMPLOYERS:

Give your employees the opportunity to give back in a way that can most benefit the cause of their choice, as well as your corporate culture. A workplace giving campaign is an annual employee giving charitable campaign. When employees give through their place of employment, it creates morale and fosters team building. Employees are given a chance to support the Maryland SPCA's mission through their workplace giving campaign.
